What is the PRO-4X package?

PRO-4X is a package offered on some Nissan trucks and SUVs that adds off-road features such as skid plates, all-terrain tires, and a locking rear differential. It is designed to make the vehicle more capable in off-road situations. I am curious to hear from people who have this package, or have used it in off-road situations. What do you think of it?
