Assuming you would like to turn a picture into a vector outline, there are a few ways to do this in Photoshop. To start, you'll need to open your image in Photoshop. Once your image is open, go to "Window" and select " layers." In the Layers panel, you should see your image on the Background layer.
Next, create a new layer by clicking on the "Create a new layer" icon at the bottom of the Layers panel. This new layer will be where we trace our outline.
Now, select the "Pencil" tool from the left toolbar. The Pencil tool allows you to draw freeform paths with hard edges. Draw your outline on the new layer using the Pencil tool.
Once you're finished tracing your outline, go to "Edit" > "Define Brush Preset." This will turn your Pencil tool drawing into a custom brush.
Now, select the "Brush" tool from the left toolbar. In the Brushes panel, select your new brush from the list of brushes.
Finally, change the color of your brush stroke to black by clicking on the "foreground color" swatch in the toolbar. Then, simply brush over your image to turn it into an outlined version!
