What are some of the things that publishers will be looking for in books in 2022? What will be the hot genres? What will be the hot topics? What will be the biggest changes in the publishing industry?I think that publishers will be looking for a lot of the same things they are looking for now: great stories, great characters, and a fresh voice. I don't think the hot genres will change much, either. Romance, mystery, and suspense will always be popular. As for hot topics, I think that we will see a lot more books about social media and its impact on our lives. We will also see more books that deal with mental health and addiction. The biggest change in the publishing industry will be the continued rise of e-books and self-publishing.
