How to create a fixed layout in EPUB?

I'm trying to create a fixed layout EPUB, but I can't seem to figure out how to do it. Can anyone help?

There are a few things you need to do in order to create a fixed layout in EPUB.

Use either fixed-layout or reflowable content in your EPUB. Fixed-layout content cannot be reflowed, so if you want to maintain the original layout of your pages, you need to use this option.
Use bleed and crop settings in InDesign. Bleed settings will allow you to keep the edges of your pages from being cut off when the EPUB is converted to a different format, and crop settings will allow you to specify which parts of your pages should be visible.
Use page-template selectors in CSS. This will allow you to specify how each page should look, including the size and position of your content.
Use media queries to ensure that your pages look good on different screen sizes.
