To save your favorites on Amazon, first make sure you are signed in to your account. Then, hover over the menu icon in the top right corner of the page and select "Your Lists" from the drop-down menu. On the "Your Lists" page, scroll down to the "Favorites" section and click the "Edit" button. From here, you can add or remove items from your favorites list.
