What are some of your favorite ways of proofreading your work? What activities do you do to make sure your work is error-free? What does your dog do when you have no time for him?

I usually have someone else proofread my work for me. I find that it's helpful to have another set of eyes on the piece to catch any errors I may have missed. I also use spell check and grammar check to help me catch any mistakes.
