How to customize Facebook Messenger

I would like to know how to change the color of my messenger, add a profile picture, and add a background. I would also like to know how to add people and how to find out if someone is available to chat.

You can customize your Facebook messenger in many ways. For example, you can:

-Choose a custom color for your messenger
-Select a custom chat bubble
-Set a custom notifications sound
-Set a custom wallpaper

To customize your messenger, go to the settings menu within the app. From there, you can access all of the customization options.

Facebook Messenger offers a range of customization options to tailor your experience. To access these options, open the app and tap on the "hamburger" menu in the top-right corner.

From here, you can select "Settings" to view all of the available customization options. Here are some of the most popular options:

Notifications: You can customize when and how you receive notifications from Messenger. For example, you can choose to receive a notification only when you have an unread message, or turn off notifications altogether.
Chat heads: Chat heads are the circular profile pictures that appear on your screen when you're chatting with someone in Messenger. You can customize whether chat heads are enabled or disabled in the app's settings.
Block people: If you want to block someone from messaging you, you can do so from the "People" tab in settings. Blocking someone will stop them from being able to message you or see when you're active in Messenger.
Archive chats: If you want to tidy up your Messenger app, you can archive chats that you're no longer active in. This will hide the conversation from your main messenger list, but you can still access it by tapping on the "hamburger" menu and selecting "Archived Chats".
