There are a lot of great books that are meant to be read aloud. What are some of your favorites? What are some tips for reading aloud to a child?

I love reading aloud to my kids. It's a great way to bond with them and to get them interested in reading. Some of my favorite books to read aloud are The Cat in the Hat, The Very Hungry Caterpillar, and Goodnight Moon.
