Cancelling Prime Membership

I have had a 1 year Prime membership for a few months now and I am not using it as much as I thought I would. I am considering cancelling it, but I am not sure if I can get a refund for the unused portion. Can anyone help me out?I called customer service and they said I could not cancel and get a refund for the unused portion. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this?

Yes, you can certainly cancel a 1 year Prime membership. You would simply need to go to "Your Account" and then click on "Manage Your Prime Membership". From there, you would click on "End Membership" and then follow the prompts.

Yes, you can cancel your Prime membership at any time. However, if you cancel within the first 3 months of your subscription, you will receive a full refund.
