There are a few different ways that you can change the language on spell check for Outlook. Here are some instructions:
- Open Outlook.
- Click on the File tab.
- Click Options.
- Click on the Spelling and Autocorrect tab.
- Under the Proofing section, click on the language that you want to use for spell check.
- Click on the Set as Default button.
- Click on the OK button.
You can also change the language for spell check on a per-message basis. To do this, follow these steps:
- Open the message that you want to change the spell check language for.
- Click on the Review tab.
- Click on the Language command.
- Select the language that you want to use for spell check from the list.
- Click on the OK button.
