Grammar can be accessed in Microsoft Word in a few different ways:
If you open the Word document, the grammar-check icons will appear on the Home tab in the Ribbon. These icons can be used to check spelling, grammar, or both in your document.
You can also access the Grammar feature of Microsoft Word by clicking on the Review tab in the ribbon and then clicking on the Proofing option in the Start Group. Once you’ve done this, you can click on Spelling & Grammar to open up the proofing tool.
You can also check the grammar in your document by accessing the Options under the File tab. Then click on the Proofing option and then click on the Settings button. Here you will be able to select which type of grammar check you want to perform.
No matter which way you want to access the grammar feature, there are plenty of options for checking grammar in Microsoft Word.
