There are a few reasons why your guides might not be appearing in InDesign.
First, make sure that you have the "View > Show Guides" option enabled. If it's turned off, your guides will be hidden.
Next, check to see if any objects on your page are blocking the guides. Objects in front of the guides will hide them, so if you have any objects placed over the guide lines, try moving them.
Finally, make sure that the layer your guides are on is not locked or hidden. If the layer is locked, you won't be able to see the guides. If the layer is hidden, the guides will be hidden as well.
If you've checked all of these things and your guides still aren't appearing, try resetting your workspace. To do this, go to "Window > Workspace > Reset "Name of Workspace"". This will reset all of your workspace settings, including the visibility of your guides.
