How to add fields in quote line editor?

How do you add fields in quote line editor? I want to add a field for customer PO number. Is this possible?

There are a few ways to add fields in the quote line editor. You can either add them by clicking the "add field" button, or by clicking the gear icon in the upper-right corner and selecting "add fields."

If you want to add a custom field, you can click the "add custom field" button. This will bring up a dialogue box where you can enter the name, data type, and default value for the field.

If you're looking to add fields in quote line editor (or Quote Line Editor for short), here are the steps you need to take:

Login to your Salesforce instance and navigate to Setup.
Enter “Quote Line Editor” in the Quick Find box, and click the associated Quick Find result.
Select which fields you want to make available for editing in the Quote Line Editor.
Click “Save” when you’re done.

Note that in order to make changes to the Quote Line Editor, you’ll need to have the “Customize Application” permission.
