Reading the Big Book online for free is not possible, as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) does not allow its copyrighted materials to be posted online. However, AA does provide all those seeking information free access to its materials.

Unfortunately, the full version of Alcoholics Anonymous' Big Book is not available online for free. The Big Book is copyrighted, so it isn't legally permissible to post it online.

You may be able to find some excerpts online for free, but for the most part what is available online is abridged versions of the Big Book, or even summaries of the sections.

The best way to access the Big Book would be to purchase the original version from a local bookstore, or directly from Alcoholics Anonymous. You may be able to get a copy from your local 12 Step meetings as well. It’s an important book in 12 Step recovery, so many people have their own copies of it.
