The epilogue of Valorant is an end-of-game sequence of rewards for players in the game. It is designed to recognize and reward the players regardless of the match outcome. The epilogue rewards consist of custom in-game titles, battlepass progress, ranks, players’ cards, and master skin. In short, it is a system that rewards players for the time spent playing and effort put in during each game.
The epilogue can be best explained in three parts:
1) In-game Titles:
At the end of each game, players are given an in-game title based on their performance during the game. This title is shared with all other players in the game and it's a clear indication of the player's contribution to the team's success.
2) Battlepass Progress:
Battlepass progress is earned through completing missions and playing matches. At the end of a game, any progress towards the battlepass is rewarded in the form of points, which can then be used to buy items or rewards found in the Battlepass bundle.
3) Rank and Player's Card:
After every ten games, players will receive a random rank and respective Player’s Card. Player’s Cards show details such as the players’ rank, KDA, win rate and more, which can be shared and displayed on their character profile page.
4) Master Skin:
At the conclusion of the Act, players who reached Rank 15 now qualify for the exclusive Master Skin. This skin is an exclusive reward for players who have devoted enough time and effort to reach Rank 15.
We hope this provided some clarity on the epilogue of Valorant and what rewards you can expect from it. If you’d like to learn more about Valorant, check out the official Valorant website (https://playvalorant.com/en-us/).
