The Stanley Parable is an interactive fiction experience and its multiple endings depend on your choices along the way. Depending on which paths you choose to take and which doors you open, there are at least fourteen possible endings to be discovered in the game.
The first ending can be found if you choose to obey the narrator throughout your journey. After completing this ending, additional endings will become available.
Some of the other possible endings include:
- Playing through the game without ever disobeying the narrator;
- Choosing to disobey the narrator early on;
- Going back to bed when asked to at the start of the game;
- Disobeying the narrator when you arrive at the electricity room;
- Entering the darkroom;
- Hitting the reset button;
- Following the Stanley statue;
- Entering the keyboard room;
- Pulling the lever in the control room;
- Riding the balloon or ignoring it;
- Entering the roof;
- Accessing the Generator Room; and
- Entering the Freedom door.
