I need help with my running head. I don't know what to put.

The title of your paper should be in all caps and centered on the page. The title should not be more than 50 characters long, including spaces. Your running head should be a shortened version of your title, no more than 50 characters long, including spaces.

The running head is a shortened version of your paper's title and cannot exceed 50 characters including spaces. Although it is not required, APA recommends that you include a running head on every page of your paper.
