A title page should appear at the beginning of a screenplay, typically following the credits. Here’s what you should include:
• Title: Your title should be centered in the middle of the page with the film’s title in all caps.
• Writer’s Name: Write your first and last name at the top of the page, left-justified.
• Contact Information: Include your contact information below your name, also left-justified. This should include your address, phone number and email.
• WGA Registration Number: If a script has been registered with the Writer’s Guild, include the WGA registration number at the bottom of the page, right-justified.
• Copyright Notice: Include a copyright notice that establishes the year in which the work was created and the writer’s name. It should look something like this:” Copyright (year) (Your Name). All rights reserved.”
