Todd and the Book of Pure Evil is a Canadian horror-comedy television series that aired in two seasons between 2010 and 2012. It follows the adventures of a group of high school students in the small, fictional town of Crowley Heights, trying to battle the evils unleashed by a mysterious book of the same name.
The show was positively received by critics, and fans were very engaged in the show’s interactive components on social media. Unfortunately, the show was cancelled after its second season due to financial reasons. The series had plans for a third season but these were never realized.
However, in 2016, the show was rebooted on the streaming platform Shudder under the title Todd & the Book of Pure Evil: The End of the End. This new iteration was a wrap-up of the story and addressed unanswered questions from the first two seasons.
Although Todd and the Book of Pure Evil is no longer running, its fan base remains strong and dedicated. Fans still host fan conventions, share GIFs and images online, and continue to discuss the show’s legacy in online forums. If you're a fan of the show, be sure to join the conversation!
