Finding your feet: This part of Body Magic encourages members to gradually increase their level of physical activity by taking gentle walks, using staircases instead of elevators, and doing simple exercises.
Moving more: Over time, members can progress to taking more vigorous and frequent walks, jogging, swimming, cycling, and joining an exercise class or team sport.
Thinking better: This part of Body Magic is especially focused on cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and encourages members to become aware of their body’s signs and signals.
In addition to the three primary parts of Body Magic, members have access to a range of free slimming and physical activity apps, including Slimming World diets, weight loss trackers, and healthy lifestyle challenges.
