There are a few different ways that you can create a revenue account in QuickBooks. You can either create a new account from scratch, or you can convert an existing account into a revenue account.
If you're starting from scratch, the first step is to log into QuickBooks and go to the "Lists" menu. From there, select "Chart of Accounts" and then click the "New" button.
In the "New Account" window, select "Income" from the "Account Type" drop-down menu. Then, enter a name for the account and click "OK."
If you're converting an existing account into a revenue account, the first step is still to go to the "Lists" menu and select "Chart of Accounts." Then, find the account that you want to convert and click on it to open the "Edit Account" window.
In the "Edit Account" window, change the "Account Type" to "Income." Then, click "OK" to save the changes.
