Referencing a chapter in a book in Zotero is quite straightforward and simple. To begin, open Zotero, click the "Create New Item" icon and select "Book" from the dropdown menu. On the left-hand side, enter the book's ISBN, title, author, and other relevant information. On the right-hand side, there is an option to select "chapter" from the "Item Type" dropdown. Now, all you need to do is enter the name of the chapter and the page number in the "Extra" field. And, you're done!
Please note that when citing a chapter from an edited book, you need to include the chapter's author and title alongside the book's full details. You can do this by creating two separate items for the book and chapter, and linking them together via the "Related Items" tab.
