Features
The iPad Pro 9.7 was the first iPad with a 9.7-inch display, a size previously used in Apple's iPad Air line. It featured an improved Retina Display with wide color gamut, True Tone display technology, and an adjustable refresh rate. It was also the first iPad to include a four-speaker audio system, A9 or A9X processor, and a Smart Connector to connect accessories such as the Smart Keyboard.
Compared to the iPad Air 2, the iPad Pro 9.7 was slightly thicker and heavier, with a 40% faster processor and improved graphics.
Wireless Capabilities
The iPad Pro 9.7 supports both Wi-Fi and cellular models. It supports up to 802.11ac Wi-Fi and up to 450 Mbps LTE (Cat6) cellular networks.
Price
The iPad Pro 9.7 was initially released with a retail price starting at $599 for the 32GB Wi-Fi model and $729 for the 32GB cellular model. Over time, prices for the iPad Pro 9.7 have dropped, with the current price of the 32GB Wi-Fi model now starting at $399.
