For example, books that contain offensive or illegal content, such as child pornography, content that infringes on other's intellectual property rights, or content that contains viruses, malicious code, or other harmful elements are not allowed. Additionally, books that promote terrorism, incite violence, or violate any applicable laws are not allowed to be distributed through Amazon KDP. Amazon KDP also does not allow books whose content infringes Amazon's terms of service, a book's cover or interior contain offensive language or material, books that are sexually explicit, or books whose content is likely to be offensive to other customers. Finally, Amazon KDP does not permit books that promote hate speech, or books that promote or sell illegal products or services.
