Do APA papers need a title?

I am writing a paper for my APA class, and I am not sure if I need to include a title. The instructions just say to write a paper using APA format. Do I need to come up with a title for my paper?

The title of an APA paper should be concise and descriptive. It should be no more than 12 words long, and it should be centred on the page. The title should not be bolded, underlined, or italicized.
