If you are looking to list an item on eBay where you choose the selling price, then you would select the "Fixed Price" format. This format allows you to set the price yourself and can include a “Buy It Now” option with a Buy Now price if you so choose.
To get started, simply go to the eBay homepage, click the “Sell” tab in the top right, and you will be taken to the “Sell Your Item” page where you can select “Sell a single item” or “Sell multiple items.” Then, you will move on to a new page with several listing options. On this page, you will see the “Listing duration,” “Format” and “Pricing” options. Select the "Fixed Price" option in the Format section, and enter your desired price in the Pricing section. Finally, click the “List it” button and you’re done!
It's important to remember that with Fixed Price listings there are no fees other than the regular insertion and final value fees if an item sells. Also, you can always revise your listing or add/edit a “Buy It Now” option later on in case you want to make changes to your listing.
