A title page in APA style should be organized as follows:
First, the full title of the paper must be centered on the page, typed in upper and lowercase. It may not spread over one line.
Second, your name should be typed below the title of the paper. Your name should be written in the same way as it is on the cover page. Your institutional affiliation should be included on the next line.
Third, a page header should be included at the top left of the page. The page header should include the words "Running head" followed by a colon, the title of the paper in all capital letters, and the page number.
Finally, the page should be double-spaced and all margins should be set at 1 inch. The text should also be left-aligned, not justified. Make sure to leave at least two blank lines after the title page before beginning the body of the paper.
