whiteladybug Acknowledgements are given at the end of a presentation to show appreciation for help received during the research and preparation process. However, there are different schools of thought on where acknowledgements should be placed. Some say that they should be at the beginning of the presentation, while others say that they should be at the end. Which do you think is the best place for acknowledgements?
jean_patterson There is no one answer to this question as it depends on the presentation and the acknowledgements being made. Generally speaking, acknowledgements can go at the beginning or the end of a presentation, or even in the middle if they are relevant to a specific section. If the acknowledgements are very long or detailed, it might be better to put them at the end so as not to interrupt the flow of the presentation. Ultimately, it is up to the presenter to decide where the acknowledgements will go based on what will work best for their particular presentation.
