If you are missing lines in Excel, the best way to fix this issue is to make sure you are viewing the document correctly. To do this, first check the zoom level in the lower right corner. If the zoom is set to less than 100 percent, that can cause some lines to be missing. If the zoom is set correctly, you may want to check the view settings to make sure none of them are preventing you from seeing the missing lines. You can find the view settings in the View tab in the ribbon menu. If none of the view settings are preventing you from seeing the lines, you may need to adjust the row size. To do this, select all rows containing the missing lines and then drag the line between the row numbers located in the left side of the sheet. This should restore the missing line. You may also want to check to make sure all of your data is visible by confirming the data is not hidden. To do this, select the cells with the missing line, right-click, and select "Unhide".
If you are still having trouble with missing lines, try checking the page setup settings. From the page layout tab in the ribbon menu, under the Page Setup section, select the "Sheet" option. Under the "Print" tab, make sure that the page breaks are not too close together. The page breaks can be adjusted on the right-hand side.
By making sure the view and page setup settings are correct and adjusting the row height, most of the time the missing lines in Excel can be restored.
