Scrambled Eggs Super, an Android game developed by Polarbit, was removed from the Google Play store in 2018 due to the Google's updated policies. The game was created in a traditional Nintendo-style and featured pixelated graphics from the company's previous games.
Google's updated policies went into effect in 2018, and the game became outdated due to the fact that it was no longer compatible with the new policies. With the new policy changes, Google was requiring all games to meet certain requirements in terms of user experience, user account security, and confidentiality, data protection regulations, as well as access and restricted content. Scrambled Eggs Super did not meet all of Google's requirements and was subsequently removed from the Play store.
Despite the fact that the game was removed, Polarbit continues to develop and sell their games on the Apple App Store, where the game is still available for purchase.
