There is no spell check on a Chromebook keyboard. You can, however, install a third-party spell checker extension from the Chrome Web Store.

Chromebooks have a built-in spell check feature that can be enabled by following these steps:

Open the Chrome browser.
In the top right corner of the browser, click the three dots to open the menu.
Hover over "More Tools" and then click "Extensions."
In the top right corner of the Extensions page, click the toggle switch to turn on "Developer Mode."
A popup will appear asking you to confirm. Click "OK."
Find the "Spelling" extension in the list and click "Options."
In the options page, click the "Enable spell checking" checkbox.
That's it! Your Chromebook's spell checker will now be active in all text fields.

There is not a dedicated spell check button on a Chromebook keyboard, but you can still check your spelling while you're typing. To do this, just press the ctrl + shift + space keys simultaneously. This will bring up a list of suggested words for any misspelled words in your text. Simply select the correct word from the list and it will automatically be inserted into your text.
