To open the command line tool on a Mac, you can use the Terminal application. To do this, go to the Applications folder, then the Utilities folder, and double-click on the Terminal application.
Alternately, you can use the Spotlight Search feature to open the Terminal. To do this, press the Command + Spacekeys, then type "Terminal" and press Enter.
